Returns/Refunds Policy:

We do not accept refunds on products that have been opened or used due to the risk of contamination. If an unopened and unused product requires a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@reneesnattynatural.com within 10 days of receiving the good{s). Please keep in mind that refunds and exchanges are not always possible. A member of our team will evaluate all returned items and determine whether or not you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Unless the reason for the return is considered to be Renee’s Natty Naturals’ fault, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees (which must include tracking information).

The consumer will be repaid the total amount of the product sold minus the original delivery cost in circumstances where a refund is provided. Because the shipment cost was paid to a third-party carrier, the original shipping fee cannot be returned. Renee’s Natty Naturals does not keep or profit from the shipping charges imposed by carriers.

While an item is in transit, refunds are not possible. Renee’s Natty Naturals is unable to provide a refund in circumstances when deliveries are delayed due to the carrier. Most carriers won’t give you a refund until your package has been marked as undeliverable for at least 30 days.

Order Cancellations:

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Return to Sender:

If an item is dispatched and then returned to sender because the customer provided an inaccurate address or was unable to pick up the box from the carrier, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping expenses associated with re-shipping the product. If Renee’s Natty Naturals is to blame, the package will be re-shipped to the customer at no additional cost.

Processing/ Shipping Times:

The listed prices do not include sales tax or shipping cost. Please keep in mind that processing time differs from shipping and delivery time. The processing time refers to how long it takes to pull your order and pack it for shipment. Due to the fact that we handle all orders in the order they are received personally, the time it takes to receive your purchase can range from 1 to 5 business days (this does not include weekends, holidays or the delivery time). Processing times may be extended up to 10 business days during discounts, special promotions, and the holiday season. The time it takes for an item to travel from the carrier to the client is known as the shipping/delivery time. When the package is picked up by the shipping carrier, this period begins.

Domestic shipping/delivery times range from 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the customer’s location and the shipping option selected at checkout. The carrier estimates all delivery times but does not guarantee them, so if a package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, the carrier will not issue a refund. Renee’s Natty Naturals is not responsible for, and will not provide shipping refunds for, packages that arrive after the carrier’s estimated delivery time. Renee’s Natty Naturals does not currently offer express delivery. All carriers are currently experiencing delivery delays as a result of the current Covid-19 pandemic and the busy holiday shopping season.

Tracking Numbers:

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive an automatic shipping confirmation e-mail. This shipping confirmation will include a tracking number, allowing the consumer to track their shipment’s progress. Customers can check for updates on their tracking number 24 hours after it has been sent. Customers must provide the correct email address to ensure they receive this information.  

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Renee’s Natty Naturals is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered and confirmed by the carrier (s). Customers are encouraged to maintain track of their package’s location so that they know when it will be delivered. Packages that are left unattended have a significant possibility of being stolen. Whether you believe your package has been lost or stolen, check with your immediate neighbors to see if it was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. If you are still unable to locate the parcel, please call the carrier and register a claim as soon as possible. When filing a claim with the carrier, have your tracking number and purchase documentation handy. If the shipment’s tracking number confirms that the delivery has been delivered, Renee’s Natty Naturals will not be held accountable for offering a refund or sending new products.

Damaged/Spilled Items:

If items have been damaged or spilled during transit, please take a picture showing damaged products and send it to support@reneesnattynatural.com

We are 100% committed to keeping your information secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place safety measures to safeguard your information. We may use the information that we collect to improve our products and services and to periodically send promotional emails about new products and offers. We will NEVER EVER sell or misuse your information.

Reviews and Testimonials:

We may use your reviews and testimonials submitted in the form of text, images and videos for promotional purposes.
